Shipping & Returns

All items are handmade and vary in color and texture due to reclaimed materials.  Each item is made to order and will ship from our store within 2-3 weeks from ordering.  Once completed, items ship via USPS or UPS Because of the size and weight of our products, rates vary, but many items ship for less than $10.  During peak season, or in the case of pandemics, natural disasters or extreme conditions, shipping times may be slower.  

For free local delivery:

Orders placed Wednesday- Saturday will be delivered on Mondays. Orders placed Sunday-Tuesday will be delivered on Thursdays.  Exceptions can be made by emailing or calling.  

 

Due to the one of a kind nature of our items, all sales are final.  However, we understand that things happen and want to work with you if you have any issue with one of our products. Please contact us with any concerns or issues.
